Each tiffin is prepared fresh daily by experienced home chefs using high-quality ingredients, ensuring you enjoy food that’s as nutritious as it is delicious. We maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards during preparation and packaging. Meals are cooked with minimal oil and no added preservatives, offering a wholesome dining experience that feels just like home. Daily and weekly subscribers receive their meals in disposable tiffins, while monthly subscribers enjoy reusable insulated tiffins for added convenience and sustainability. Whether you choose a vegetarian or non-vegetarian day, your lunch is balanced and satisfying, giving you the perfect mix of protein, fiber, and essential nutrients — all while keeping the authentic homemade flavor.
All our meals are delivered right to your cabin or office — fresh, on time, and handled with care. We follow strict hygiene protocols during preparation, packing, and delivery to ensure your food remains safe, clean, and untouched until it reaches you. There are no additional delivery charges — everything is included in your plan, so you can enjoy your meals hassle-free and worry-free every day.
At MFood Tiffin, we’re committed to maintaining transparency and delivering a seamless experience to all our customers. Our meals are freshly prepared to order each day, and therefore, we follow specific timelines for cancellations and refunds. 1. Daily Plans For daily meal subscriptions, cancellations or modifications must be made before 10:00 AM on the same day of delivery. Requests received after this time cannot be accommodated, as meal preparation would have already begun. 2. Weekly Plans For weekly meal plans, cancellations must be requested before your first meal is delivered. Once the first meal of the week has been dispatched, the plan is considered active and non-refundable for the remaining duration. 3. Monthly Plans For monthly meal subscriptions, cancellations must be completed before your first meal is delivered. After delivery of the first meal, refunds will not be applicable as ingredients and logistics are planned in advance. 4. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation is made within the timeframes mentioned above. All refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. In cases of failed or delayed delivery due to our fault, appropriate compensation or credit may be offered at the company’s discretion. 5. Non-Refundable Circumstances No refunds or cancellations will be processed under the following conditions: Meals already prepared, packed, or dispatched. Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. Customer unavailability at the delivery location. Requests made after the specified cancellation deadline. 6.
